You can download MyTree on your phone and register yourself on the App with your details. Download link is given on the website.

Can customers access all MyTree Chapters and order dishes from there?

Yes, customers can order a dish from any MyTree Chapter and enjoy the specialities of any home chef. To know how to order from Chapters other than Home Chapter, please download MyTree, register and refer customer FAQs given in the App.

Can customers order dishes on MyTree anytime they like?

On MyTree, customers can book their dishes in advance. Dishes will be delivered at the specified time mentioned by the Chef on the App. This is done to ensure that customers receive fresh food every time they place an order.

Does MyTree provide home delivery?

Home delivery is organised by Chefs and Sellers through third party delivery partners. In Home Kitchen, the customer has the option to choose between home delivery and pick up.

Who can become a MyTree Chef?

Any person can become a MyTree Chef if she/he is someone who cooks well, maintains good hygiene standards at the place of cooking, uses fresh & good quality ingredients and has a FSSAI registration/license.

What can a Chef post on MyTree?

A Chef can post fresh home cooked meals, homemade snacks, mithais, desserts, regional specialities and all home cooked food on the Home Kitchen.

Items like pickles, chutneys, dry fruits, masalas, chips etc can be posted on the Bazaar.

Can a Chef post their dish in any MyTree Chapter?

Yes, a Chef can post their dishes in all MyTree Chapters in their city. This way they can expand their business, increase their market size and build their brand.

Who is a Guest Chef?

When a MyTree Chef posts their dishes in any Chapter other than their Home Chapter they become a Guest Chef in that Chapter.

Who can become a Seller on MyTree?

Anyone who is a small entrepreneur looking for a direct connection with a discerning clientele and selling speciality food and non-food products that may get lost in the clutter of large e-commerce platforms, can become a Seller on MyTree.

For selling food products (cooked or uncooked), it is mandatory to have an FSSAI Registration.

What can a Seller sell on MyTree?

A Seller can post a wide range of products for sale on MyTree. For example, home ground masalas and spices, specialty food items, clothes, jewellery, books, handicraft items, flowers, bags and purses.

Can a Seller post across cities / Chapters on MyTree?

Yes, a Seller can post their products across all MyTree Chapters in all cities where they can serve the customer. This way they can expand their business, increase their market size and build their brand.
